This includes, but is not limited to, Category Sales Specialists, Sales Operations and Customer Service Teams+ Use Professional Selling Skills (PSS) to identify customer needs and develop a value-added proposition, proposal & pricing.+ Oversee pricing negotiations and influences on the spot pricing decisions in order to cultivate a seamless customer experience.+ Consistently meet activity goals and daily metrics - outbound dials, sell time, and live contacts.+ Uncover opportunities and manage sales funnel to close opportunities.+ Responsible for setting your schedule and maintaining calendar of appointments with customers and for participating in all Company objectives and Team activities.**What you bring to the table:**+ Ability to build and maintain relationships with key buying influences.+ Ability to drive sales and margin growth through both inbound and outbound sales activities.+ Ability to drive customer retention through both proactive and reactive customer engagements.+ Ability to identify and win opportunities through funnel process leading to quota attainment.+ Ability to maintain sales and margin goals as set by the SLT within assigned business.+ Strong problem solving for customer complaints (billing Issues, delivery issues, cancelled orders).**Qualifications :****Whats needed- Basic Qualifications**+ 1+ years successful sales experience.**Whats needed- Preferred Qualifications**+ Bachelors degree preferred.+ Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.+ Previous experience with virtual selling or relevant career experience or education background.+ Account management experience preferred.+ Prior management and prospecting experience.+ Industry knowledge a plus.+ Had responsibility for a sales budget and track record of exceeding quota, activity metrics, KPIs.+ Experience with business-to-business sales process.+ Had responsibility to retain and grow accounts and demonstrated the ability to sell company values and services, in addition to program features and benefits.**We Offer:**+ _Inclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups._+ _Flexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays)._+ _Online and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more_ **Perks & Benefits (https://careers.staples.com/global/en/staples-life-benefits) .**_Interested in joining the team?
