To continue our growth, we have an excellent opportunity for a Distribution Product Specialist in our new headquarters in Milwaukee, WI.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for coordinating and executing the day-to-day operations of Rite-Hites Sales Technology Tools, which include Salesforce CRM, ServiceMax and Rite-Hite Mobile Apps. These responsibilities will include the support of the current and future sales technology and mobile sales tool applications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Sales Technology Training, Troubleshooting and Testing
   
   1. To provide administration and support to the global sales force on effective usage of the current and future sales technology tools and associated processes:
      
      1. Salesforce CRM
      
      
      2. ServiceMax
   
   
   2. To prepare training content for Sales Technology Tools and related Distribution Development initiatives.
   
   
   3. To provide support and training of Sales Technology Tools and related Distribution Development initiatives.
   
   
   4. To compile and define enhancement requests related to Salesforce CRM and ServiceMax and perform testing of the desired enhancements along with the Salesforce Administration Staff.
   
   
   5. Support Domestic and International Representatives with local price list updates and proposal text setup.
   
   
   6. Support quote and proposal setup and coordinate translations of proposal templates and technical product information for Rite-Hite Europe.
   
   
   7. Troubleshoot bugs, errors or questions related to the Sales Technology Tools and test fixes if required.


2. Rite-Hite Apps
   
   1. To help train on new and existing Mobile Sales Applications created by Distribution.


3. Data analysis and support for current and future sales technology such as Salesforce, ServiceMax, Dodge, ZoomInfo, WalkMe and Rite-Hite Apps
   
   1. To provide sales teams with appropriate data to effectively analyze sales and market performance.
   
   
   2. Analyze usage to determine whether program or app is successful or whether users need additional training, whether the setup needs to be changed or whether application should no longer be utilized.
   
   
   3. Review integration dashboards to ensure data and integration issues are resolved promptly.


4. Assist with the maintenance and updates to proposal templates, product descriptions and proposal support documents.


5. Perform other support and admin for the Product Manager - Sales and Director of Product Management Distribution & Arbon as needed or requested.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
To coordinate, support and train on current and future Rite-Hite Sales Technology Tools to maximize the efficiency of the salespeople and support the Distribution Development goals.

To support Global Distribution Sales Technology Initiatives within Rite-Hite Europe, China, South America, Australia, International Independent Representatives and future acquisitions.

Required Experience:

The incumbent must have a four year degree or equivalent and sales support, customer service, marketing and/or training experience is strongly preferred. This position requires excellent project management skills, effective critical thinking skills, public speaking skills, presentation skills and previous experience working within a sales organization. The incumbent must have strong computer / technology skills as well as a passion and willingness to help others be successful.

A solid understanding of the sales and marketing process, CRM software applications (Salesforce, Lotus Notes), ServiceMax, the order fulfillment process, ERP manufacturing systems and the sales support and service process is optimal for this position.
