Job PREREQUISITES

Position Summary

SUMMARY:

This position performs the required processes for the acquisition of new prospective Sales Partners. This position manages sales, sales operations processes and programs. This position performs daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual administrative duties for management & Intelisys constituents. This position manages Sales Partner & Sales Operations cross-functional processes in RPM. In addition, this position supports the Directors of Partner Sales, Solutions Engineers and Business Development Managers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Includes the following:

Coordinator & primary contact for the Recruiting Process:

  • Complete Partner Profile for new Sales Partners and continuously update database listing with prospective Sales Partner information.
  • Explain recruiting process to prospective Sales Partner
  • Manage Partner Wizard / RPM Processes
  • Manage fully executed legal documentation
  • Responsible for coordinating the on boarding process for new Sales Partners
  • Assign & provide Sales Partner with MyIntelisys & RPM access as well as Agent Assignment Codes.
  • Process and set up for sub-agents and employees as necessary for new Sales Partners
  • Continuously look for ways to streamline the recruiting process to be more effective and efficient
  • Identify and implement improvements to the Sales Partner recruiting documentation
  • Manage new user requests for Sales Partners
  • Soft Skills:
    • Communication style - Parker vs Paula
    • Effective communication with Manager

Coordinator and primary contact for the following RPM Processes:
  • Addendum
    • Use the Addendum Wizard to create an addendum to be sent to Sales Partner
    • Tracking & monitoring of agreement from Sales Partner
    • Coordinate with Commissions to implement addendum
    • Manage follow-up actions as necessary
    • Work with legal on the request of a custom addendum
  • Partner Cancellation
    • 24 month review all Sales Partners
    • Coordinating with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Support)
    • Processing all legal notification and updating of legal files
  • Banking
    • Collection of all W9 and Direct Deposit documentation
    • Update all changes to banking requested by Sales Partner
    • Update and Manage all Company Name Changes by Sales Partner
  • Sales Partner/Rep Communication Profile
    • Create and manage marketing communication for Contract Endorsers and their reps
    • Update profiles when alerted of necessary changes

Reporting
  • Reporting as requested by the Sales Team

Marketing Mailers:
  • Pull list for review and approval by Business Development Manager and send out marketing blast via Outlook

Travel and Roadshow Management:
  • Pull lists for review and approval by Business Development Manager
  • Coordinate with Sales Partner and Supplier Partners to set appointments to meet with Sales Team
  • Send out all meeting invites using Outlook and enter necessary data into internal Event Scheduler
  • Schedule all Travel (Hotel, Air, Car), Restaurant Reservations
  • Pull travel/meeting schedules and provide to Sales Team
  • Ability to use internal travel programs (Travel Inc./Concur)

Administrative Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support as needed for Sales Operations & Sales
  • Manage Outlook for Sales Team as required when scheduling meetings and calls with Sales Partners, Supplier Partners & Internal Sales Team.
  • Prepare and submit all Credit Card and Personal Expense reports
  • Maintain all contact databases (RPM, Outlook, Marketing Communications, MyIntelisys Access)
  • Assigned projects as required

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Key Working Relationships: Sales Partners, Suppliers, Company management, Sales, Sales Operations, Legal.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

The required qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary for an individual to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable amounts of training are provided.

  1. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  2. Must be able to multi-task and have experience working in deadline driven environment
  3. Ability to work within a cooperative team environment, as well as perform assignments autonomously
  4. E-mail and Office etiquette

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

The preferred qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary for an individual to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable amounts of training are provided.

  1. College degree and/or 2+ years of administrative experience in a business environment
  2. Superior proficiency in computer usage, experience with dual screens, basic knowledge of internet, the Microsoft Office suite of applications
  3. Excellent communication skills
  4. Telecom Industry experience

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  1. Computer terminal use 8 hours per day
  2. Ability to safely lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance
  3. Standard Office Environment
