As our sales maturity continuously improves, we are seeking a proven leader as a Director Sales Operations & Analytics who can further accelerate our adoption and deployment of the right sales processes and metrics that drive sustainable organic growth faster than the market. We are looking for someone who can take charge of our sales operations, analytics and reporting functions, and help our sales teams and leadership understand where we are and where we are heading. The person would be responsible for facilitating the deployment of common standards and sales processes aligned with our annual growth strategy, while building metrics that help HCE deliver accelerated growth. This position collaborates regularly with global, cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, Finance, Compensation & Benefits and other Honeywell businesses.

Primary Responsibilities: 

·       Execute a rigorous sales operations process management operating system (MOS) that integrates the coordinated review and execution of the sales pipeline, account opportunities, and leads across the entire enterprise with routine engagement with each business

·       Own the Sales Analytics and Reporting function at HCE, managing a team and collaborating with other Analytics teams to build impactful Dashboards that tell a story with KPIs and metrics, proactively capturing trends for a long-term business vision

·       Deploy standardized sales processes between different HCE business, ensuring sales teams and business leadership follow sales processes appropriately

·       Lead analytics efforts in support of growth and operational excellence to deliver HCE€™s top priorities, weekly and monthly reporting cadence and pipeline reviews

·       Proactively monitor and strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization€™s planning efforts

·       Inspect, coach, and enforce the practical utilization of the standard sales metrics, building and utilizing interactive analytics dashboards to generate actionable insights that Business Leaders and Sales Managers can use to improve selling behaviors and exceed overall performance goals versus the annual targets

·       Coordinate and support the sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes within the HCE sales organization, in alignment with other Honeywell businesses and corporate

·       Provide thought partnership and act as a trusted consultant to other business leaders

·       Provide clarity of vision and expectations, effective coaching and performance feedback to the analytics team, prioritizing tasks and ensuring appropriate allocation of resources

·       Coordinate with Marketing to generate best-in-class practices to translate the strategic growth plans into effective demand generation activities, lead to revenue conversion process, operationalization of new products, and value selling content focused on differentiation and long-term business value for the customer

·       Interpret and translate analytical findings into business strategies working with the Sales Operations teams of the HCE businesses

·       Develop and deliver executive-level presentations to illustrate key data insights at various levels of the organization

·       Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement, propose, get approved and deliver

·       Work closely with the Sales Technology Leader to ensure alignment of sales processes within the commercial tools (Salesforce, SAP CPQ etc.)

·       Ensure accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports, dashboards and other intelligence essential to the sales organization

Must Have:

·     8+ years€™ experience in sales operations, data analytics or commercial finance

·      Strong proficiency in CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics/Wave), Salesforce and Tableau

·       Strong leadership and external presence and experience

·       Highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint

·       Operating excellence and experience in a matrix environment

·       Bachelor€™s Degree
