Job SPECIFICATIONS
Required Skill & Experience
2-4+years' experience in business development and sales capacity.
High-energy, fanatical prospector who is willing to work as hard/smart as they can to get the job done.
Proficiency with Hubspot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail with strong time management skills.
Eager and able to receive and provide feedback to further improve sales tactics.
Aspiration and discipline to develop the skills necessary for a long-term sales career in enterprise solution sales (e.g. 6-month sales cycles, 7 figure deals).
BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing or Communications, or an equivalent combination of education and related business experience.

Work Description
Vaimo is looking for a Business Development Representative who will primarily be responsible for generating new profitable clients and building a pipeline of opportunities in the areas of digital commerce and experience. As a full-service omnichannel partner, Vaimo delivers strategy, design, development and managed services to brands, retailers and manufacturers. In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining momentum from opportunity creation through close and helping guide the sales team to exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate exhibits persistence, entrepreneurial spirit, and desire to build a successful career in enterprise technology sales.
Responsibilities
Identify new business and drive opportunities through the prospecting phase of the sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and proposing.
Support sales personnel in identifying new opportunities through aggressive lead generation practices.
Conduct high-volume prospecting (minimum of 500 calls and emails per week) to qualify leads and generate new meetings for Vaimo to present and sell our services to.
Effectively communicate Vaimo’s capabilities and build/execute sales motions against target accounts.
Maintain Accurate/transparent documentation of sales efforts in CRM - including outbound dials/emails, conversations, meetings, campaign members, and campaign statuses.
Consistently achieve (and exceed!) monthly quotas and goals of 10 scheduled meetings and 1 opportunity per month.
Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
