We are seeking a smart, enthusiastic, and experienced Intern to support Aruba's Sales Experience projects focused on delivering world-class sales experience to our sales teams. The key to our sales team's success and productivity is largely dependent on the sales experience related to sales processes and tools. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives.
This role is reporting to the WW Aruba Sales Programs and Sales Experience Manager.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Take the Lead for a Sales Experience Program initiative
- Obtain Sales requirements and create a plan that you will execute against to implement a Sales Program
- Think innovatively to design solutions that focus on Sales Tool simplification and support selling
- Actively engage with WW and Region Sales Operations and Sales Stakeholders
- Develop new skills and knowledge about HPE and Aruba
Education and Experience Required :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communication Studies, or equivalent is preferred, but will consider enthusiastic candidates in their Senior year of a Bachelor's degree Program
- Project Management certification or training is desirable
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English and local language
- Ability to apply analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Understanding of business and sales processes and practices, as well as the IT industry
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
- Proven ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives.
- Ability to effectively communicate plans, proposals, and results and negotiate options.
